How it Works?

Students enrolling in our Employability and Workplace Skills course can earn a 60-credit Level 3 Diploma, equipping them with the essential skills needed to succeed in today’s career landscape.

The course is delivered entirely online and can be started at any time—it’s designed to be fully flexible. Each module includes 40 hours of guided online learning, along with an additional 30–50 hours of optional resources, such as recommended exercises, readings, digital materials, and self-assessment tasks.

To complete the course, students must submit six online assignments, each approximately 2,000–3,000 words in length.

Upon successful completion, you’ll receive an Ofqual-regulated diploma, opening the door to potential university degree progression opportunities across the UK.

Course modules

The Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills is made up of six key modules:

Managing Own Performance

Employment Skills

Managing Resources

Each module includes 40 hours of guided learning materials, along with 30–50 hours of optional resources. These additional materials include suggested exercises, reading tasks, online resources, and self-assessment activities to enhance your understanding.

The qualification is assessed through six written assignments, one for each module. Each assignment is approximately 2,000–3,000 words in length.

Students can access full support for both modules and assignments through the ‘Tutor’ section of the online learning platform.
